Taking a walk in Kabulonga

This morning I went for a walk in my new neighborhood, Kabulonga, which is quite fancy area but still not too boring. This is what caught my eye:

 Hmm, the dilemma is, should one call to Dr. Mama Isma or to Professor Mivule?
